Went out to play with other kids by the streets this morning 🌅. Well I had a sh**y run - I should have went to the loo 🚽 before the race.
Target 🎯 (1:10:00) for the day was met regardless. 5KM time target for the year also crashed. Not a bad day at the office after all.

With 6 weeks to go, I started going to gym (no structure just vibes 😂).

I ran the last 10KMs of my LSD with Sandile Ndaba from Sweet Soles AC. That man showed me flames 🔥😫😩😫.
Today I did a Young recovery on the treadmill.
Weekend we try out things 😂🤣😂 in preparation for the Hike. Saturday ke training there’s no failing.

😂 used to lie to myself about elevation and all that but nah man 48KM ke 48KM doesn’t matter how you look at it. Ambitious me still has a target 🎯 pace that I haven’t run 🏃🏾♂️ in a marathon distance. Welele ,anyway - if your dreams don’t scare you they’re not big enough.

April Account opened, and apparently am supposed to do 500KM this month 😒.
Still puzzles me how I managed to pull a 3:27 at Soweto with this low mileage. And bad decisions like racing🏃🏾♂️ 32KM weekend before whilst injured 🤕 from my first love sport ⚽️.

Back from Training.
F1 target 🎯 time on scheduled session

F3 it’s a PB in half marathon

What I loved about today’s session is fact that I felt good to can go for 1:25 but did my best to just be at my target time.
Speed Training session incoming.
Hopefully 🤞🏾 a race and overall PB while at it because the route changed.
Just thinking about the pace I have to be running at here it’s just crazy.
