Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the OHS Aux Gym, 7:30 am. Make that push leading up to Day 1 on 3/10. You won’t regret it. 20 minutes a day makes a big difference. Disclaimer - always optional.

How about this for MN AAU? Skill development on Wednesday nights that avoid other in season sports (non game night). Or, Monday nights. Hit up Sundays evenings which can’t be touched by the MSHSL. Guaranteed to keep more young athletes playing Spring Sports. Many are leaving baseball/basketball way too soon. Off season is all about skill development. Mix in games on Sunday evenings. You’re onto something that’s good for all athletes! 👍🏽
Something I’d like to do - run a private training facility and do this for spring AAU season- Non top tier AAU kids and grade 4-9 kids train 2x a week and put them on teams and play Saturdays. Play two games back to back and go home. Save families time and money.

Off Season Work = Skill Development. Not game play - focus on your winter sport. This is MINIMAL time. Hour workouts, 1X - 2X per week. Let families pick the sessions & avoid in season sports. Pretty sure players received 200 reps in 20 minutes. Absolutely love these weekly sessions!
