Does SHA work? YES. Is it more efficient more than NHIF? NO. My dad had a surgery at TopHill hospital, total bill accrued to 640k. SHA paid only Ksh 313,700 (49% of the total bill) So was this an upgrade or downgrade? @MOH_Kenya
