Last week, the Patrol's Recruitment Section hosted a group of recruiters from the US Marine Corps at the Patrol's Training Academy. The two groups exchanged ideas and strategies on how to best reach potential candidates for their respective organizations.
The Patrol’s Lateral Cadet Program allows law enforcement officers who have had an Ohio Basic Police Officer certification for at least two years, to engage in a condensed academy training of approximately 12 weeks. For more info on our lateral program ➡️
