I was curious to know if Billionaires finance the purchase of their mansions. Apparently, 70% of £15M+ homes are now bought outright in cash, up from 60%. Billionaire mortgages used to be popular to fund residential buy-to-flip opportunities but not anymore especially since 2022 - which makes sense - due to high interest rates.
