NRS rescanned a couple of the face models from MK11 in MK1. It looks like they changed their approach to scanning the models. Frost and jax. Seems like they chose to not smooth the model details as much.

So, what I've been doing for a good while now is converting a lot of old models into my current workflow into another hard drive while also creating rigs for animation. It's taking a while so I tend to mess around with the blend shapes in between sessions to "humor" myself.

Just wanted to show off some unfinished iterations that this originally went through. I wanted to use an actual background rather than the flat one on the left, but I ran into issues conceptualizing everything so I went back on the plain background idea and made it up to code.

How to make your dumb, boring ass eevee render look somewhat less boring
1. A model with good mats, don't pose it
2. A shit ton of "shadowed" area lights
3. Crank the shadow res to 4K
4. Low fov, shallow dof
4. Render, in 4K
