Yeah, I want the original chicken crispers back on your menu please. The crispy ones aren’t unique or tasty like the original ones were. You can get crispy tenders everywhere, the original tempura batter crispers were special and beloved. Do the right thing and bring them back!

Actually the new combo will have people missing the originals because you used to have unique good quality chicken tenders but now you’ve gotten rid of them for cheap frozen chicken tenders that you can find everywhere. Come back to us when the originals are returned to the menu.

You are seeing that here with your removal of the original chicken crispers. This was a menu item for decades and is a classic many myself included take comfort in. Removing that and claiming “crispy is better” because your CEO wants to save money is rubbing salt in the wound.

You have simplified enough over the last 10-15 years. My family and I ate at your restaurants for over 30 years and have watched your menu and dining experience vastly diminish as of late. You ruined your restaurant interiors, shrunk the menu, and alienated loyal customers.

Chili’s WAS considered 5-star dining to me until you guys kept getting rid of what made chilis special. Now Chili’s has textbook mid atmosphere, subpar service, and worst of all; you got rid of the original crispers! Bring them back and you’ll make a lot of lost customers happy!

Brooke was talking about the original chicken crispers, not the rock hard usually inedible crispy ones like what you can find anywhere now. You can remedy this by simply bringing back the original chicken crispers to your restaurants and doing what the fans want

I ordered it for about years 15 myself starting when I was a young kid. That nostalgia truly is unmatched as you say. Chilis and their parent company Brinker International have made several mistakes in the past regarding Chili’s menu but this is the biggest mistake by far ever.

You are losing tons of customers over trying to save a buck thanks to your idiot CEO. Some of us have been visiting Chili’s for decades and have seen your restaurant go downhill in the last few years. You’ve removed countless favorite dishes, but this was too far for many of us.

From what the Brinker (the company who owns Chilis) CEO said it sounds like it was a way to save them money and simplify their menu even further as If that’s what customers wanted. They tweeted that they were getting rid of them on October 25, 2022.

I went and tried the crispy ones a week ago. They could be worse but they can’t possibly be consistently good. They are making the waiters wear swag advertising crispy and even the paper silverware sleeves said crispy on them. All of this seemingly to spite fans of the originals.

The fact that they market the crispy tenders as “hand battered” when they are frozen is laughable. The originals were hand battered and you could tell. Just one of many reasons they were superior. This is all just a cost cutting move that is anti consumer plain and simple.

Yep that’s what the CEO of Chili’s parent company Brinker International has said. The way they are bullying longtime previously loyal customers on here, myself included, that the crispy are good is just weird. A year later and they’re still trying to force this narrative.

They used to occasionally mess up and give me crispy instead of original. I’ve never liked the crispy ones. They got rid of the originals to simply the menu and cut costs according to their CEO. What a bad decision. The original were better and unique! I agree on the dryness!
