Yendi was a prosperous city... attracted traders from Tunisia, Hausaland, Asantes, Niger.... around 1810s, it had an estimated population of 25,000. But the city has not been able to recover after the German invasion... and the Yendi skin chaos and the Konkomba -Nanumba conflict.
YENDI township will be hugely upgraded soon!!! I’m excited seeing how amazing my city is gradually growing.
