If the average citizen sees no future under Indian rule, what future does the Sikh Nation have? If the Foreign Minister’s @DrSJaishankar family has chosen to settle in Washington, D.C., for a better life, what can be expected from the general public? Imagine Americans finding out @marcorubio Rubio’s family lives in India while he serves as head of @StateDept

SFJ Calls on Indian Intelligence Officials to Expose Modi’s ‘KILL LIST’ and Seek U.S. Protection $1 Million Whistleblower Safety Fund for Indian Intelligence Officials Defect, Cooperate, and Secure U.S. Protection: SFJ to RAW & IB Officials As Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi prepares to meet President Donald Trump in Washington, Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) is urging Indian intelligence officers (RAW & IB), diplomats, and military personnel to defect, cooperate with U.S. authorities, and seek asylum under the U.S. Witness Protection Program. In a video message, SFJ General Counsel has called on Indian officials to come forward with verifiable intelligence exposing Modi’s alleged state-sponsored transnational repression, including assassination plots targeting pro-Khalistan Sikhs. “Modi has sanctioned assassinations, and Foreign Minister Jaishankar is orchestrating these plots through NSA Ajit Doval,” stated SFJ’s legal counsel, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. $1 Million Safety Fund for Intelligence Whistleblowers To protect and incentivize Indian officials willing to expose these alleged crimes, SFJ has established a $1 MILLION SAFETY FUND. This fund is specifically allocated to support: •Officials with credible intelligence on transnational repression or unlawful covert operations. •Individuals seeking political asylum and protection under U.S. law. •Whistleblowers requiring legal and logistical support for safe relocation. Legal Protections & U.S. Witness Security Program Under U.S. federal law (8 U.S. Code § 1158), individuals who provide substantial intelligence on human rights violations and extrajudicial actions qualify for: ✔ Political asylum and entry into the U.S. Witness Security Program (18 U.S. Code § 3521). ✔ New identity, secure relocation, and long-term protection. ✔ Immunity from prosecution for prior involvement—conditional on full cooperation. “Indian intelligence officials—defect, cooperate, and secure your future under the U.S. Witness Protection Program. A new identity, full protection, and freedom from Indian retaliation await you,” added Pannun. Indian operatives ready to step forward can contact SFJ through secure and confidential channels.
