In 2005 the US congress and senate passed a law transferring Terri Schaivo’s case to federal courts. SCOTUS declined to intervene. Certain Politicians openly threatened SCOTUS justices in the media. 🤔
People who threaten and intimidate Supreme Court justices deserve to be punished harshly. It is disgraceful that Joe Biden allowed protestors who threatened justices to get away with it. This bill, which I proudly cosponsored, will restore law, order, and accountability.

@AlwaysTiredEMT Yea. That’s another teaching moment too. 3-4 hours for each unit is for chronic anemia that’s not hypovolemic. With active major bleeds and acute hemorrhagic shock one gives it quite briskly. You have to know when your hair on fire.

@ffmichelle @ModerateFERN @AlwaysTiredEMT This wasn’t quite a Belmont or Level 1 situation. But both have their time and place. I typically only use those devices for rapid/mass transfusion. But I felt it was a teaching moment for the new nurse, and later shared here as well.
