Seeding maister outside of top 8 was ignoring his consistency prior to the last couple of tournaments. His placements at the last couple were like 13th-25th. But he got robbed at SWT (underdog boost) and summit in general is just hard. I'm ready for maister to be top 8 again!

Unpopular opinion. The game is pretty balanced as is. Some characters are a bit over tuned, i.e. joker and palu back air. Very few characters need buffs imo. Just bc you're a 1-2 with Wii fit doesn't mean Wii fit needs buffs LOL. I complain about Roy, even he doesn't need a nerf.

We go from beating one of the best players in the world to within hours my controller doesn't work and lost to it. Maister beat you my guy he doesn't lose to pika. Take the L, put respect where respect is due. You had an insane run but don't discredit maister.

Favorite part is how smashers will neglect to add the entire context. On how juanpi and mysterica were making fun of maister all weekend within ear shot of him or his friends. Like if you're going to try to paint him in a bad light at least be honest with everyone.

Maister is literally one of the nicest and funniest people I've met in smash. Why do we have to take digs whenever a small opportunity arises. The man puts in hard work every day for smash.
No seriously I can never understand why people throw so much hate at him. He's such a sweet person and has shown how strong of a competitor he is countless times. He deserves much more respect.
This community is never gonna grow stronger and will continue to lose support.

The sooner TOs learn to stop treating locals only like bracket matters the better the community is off. You have to treat it as a event, what's fun may not always be time efficient. What's fun brings back new players and the casuals. Going 0-2 at a tournament is never fun.

Update. She made it threw surgery...shes just in a lot of pain 15hrs away from home. So none of us can go see her. She's actually 30min away from the airport for SSC. So I'm able to visit her...which is good.
