Day Visitors Our day visit capacity has now been exceeded, so we are now officially SOLD OUT for any Squirrels and Beavers who did not want to stay for the whole event. However, places for Beavers that want to stay for the whole event are still available. #BIGisBack

Whole Event Visitors Places are selling quickly! Bookings must close on 31st July 2023 or earlier if we reach capacity (which we expect to happen). If you are still wanting to join us for the biggest BIG Weekend, then don't delay and book today!

We now have close to 1000 Explorers, Scouts, Cubs, Beavers, and yes, even our first group of Squirrels registered. Too ensure that your group doesn’t miss out, guarantee your place by registering at even if it’s a rough estimate of numbers at this stage.

TBW 2024 Registration - Things to remember! -Have the details of the section you are registering for. -Check other leaders have not already registered. -Have details for the primary contact including Email, phone and address. -Have an estimate of the number of participants.

Registration for The Big Weekend is now live!! With only year to go to TBW 2024, you can now register your group for Nottinghamshire Scouts County Camp. Follow the link at to the event booking page where you can register your group.

We are looking for volunteers to join our Build & Take-Down Team. This role will involve time before and after the event, but will still allow you to attend The Big Weekend 2024 with your group. For more information or to register an interest email martin.crew@notts-scouts.org.uk
