A great 1:2:1 with one of our On Call Watch Managers this morning, we are really grateful for the time he spent with us. (His phone buzzed away silently throughout as he try’s to balance this weekends availability). A little card from us, just to say Thank You.

Today’s crew is made up of On Call firefighters from around the County who “bid” on the shift on their Fire Service Rota App. We are really pleased they’ve put themselves forward as these schemes wouldn’t work without them! #ThankYou

There’s not enough space to type all the benefits, but they include, supporting the course through realistic training, pump availability, getting OCFF in the kit, good training and a real sense of belonging for the crew. 3/3

#TeamBlidworth joining Arnold Red for a training session using breathing apparatus. A really good session aimed at testing our response to a building fire with people trapped inside.
