It is with the greatest sadness that we announce the sudden death of former Norwich Rugby Club 1st XV back, Barry O'Sullivan at 49 years of age. 'Bam-Bam' played for the club in the late 90's and early naughties. NRFC extends deepest sympathy to all Barry's family and friends

Swaffham v Lions kick off has been changed to 1430 on Sat for flexibility depending on the weather. The lower pitch is floodlit but may suffer more from frost or mud. It's due to be a balmy 5° on Saturday. Bermuda shorts and flip-flops on standby.
