Jonah ran an overall 1600 pr of 5:22.64 and an overall 800 pr of 2:31.53. These guys show up almost every single day and get their work in, no matter how tough the conditions are. Can't wait to see how the rest of our winter training translates to a great indoor/outdoor season.
