Let's start from the beginning.
Call me Em - I'm a creative writer who likes helping people. Catch me here showing things I like and maybe rambling about plots and characters. All views expressed are mine, and I'm looking for work to express my creativity and show off my skills.
I worked here for almost eight years. I got a specialist role. I’ve been on multiple other projects beyond just game master work, from twitch moderation to forums work, to even being in the Blizzcon war room.
Heya! I’m Em. You’ll often find me tweeting about my OCs, musing on life and music, and taking pictures of clouds or cats. My DMs are open for a chat, and I’m always happy to retweet some sweet WoW art or news. All my views are my own, and don’t reflect the company I work for. ☀️
Every time Worth meets someone, he tends to come off as endearing and anxious. Don't you just want to hold his face a lil bit? (art by the AMAZING
@Kentret_
thank you so much!!)
Accidentally spent all day writing notes for the awful squid grandpa about what he worked on over the years. Even my dead NPCs still haunt the narrative
Locking my account for a while, apparently my tweet got shown on reddit and you know how that goes. I don’t need anything more on already the worst month of my life.
G’morning, today’s the day to brush up my resume and start hunting through job links.
It’s at least nice to not be on an 8-5 schedule, though habit still pushes me awake early.
I'm also doing a lot of DM work on a little RP campaign named All Rivers Find the Ocean, or ARFO for short. It's a mystery surrounding succession, inheritance, the meaning of family, and more. Sometimes I rant about it or past campaigns.

Heya! I’m Em, and I’m a people-helper by day and creative writer by night.
You can catch me rambling about tidesages, plots, or other fun character things here along with cat pictures. All views expressed are mine and don’t reflect the company I work for.
Some of my characters:
Hear me out, humans aren’t the only race in Kul Tiras - the country’s existed for enough years that other races have come in too. Mostly alliance races, but here’s my dissertation on why dwarf tidesages make sense…
Hello everybody I made a chart specifically for ocs! I really love OTP chart’s especially the one I based this one off (I’m a sucker for music what can I say)
The second one’s a png :3
CS might be work from home permanently, but that doesn’t mean we can’t be angry for our coworkers who aren’t afforded the same accommodations. Or about the way leadership is treating all of us.
QUIETLY SCREAMS about how amazing this art of Worth is by
@Kentret_
it looks SO GOOD and I can't thank you enough for this. Thank you so much
@Fawckses
for getting this for me, it looks so perfect
Still going on. Still looking for work, and keeping strong. Not much of an update but it’s one. In my downtime the campaign has been running smoothly and the party’s adventure has become more dangerous.
is your squid doomed by the narrative or is he doomed by the consequences of his actions? has he been haunted by the last thing he saw, or is this a consequence of waiting too long to try to save him?
(have not stopped thinking of Ebenezer)
On the plus side of all this, this could be my opportunity to break into other aspects of game dev I’ve wanted to go into, where Blizz wouldn’t let me go. And from what I heard, this is almost the better option in all this.
Most of what you'll see here currently is stuff about my OC Worth to start. This meek man is going on a long adventure and supporting his friends along the way.

Finally have art of both Holly's forms! Here's my worgen cowgirl in all her dusty Westfall glory. Art by @/jamzenn, @/AllenVoorEef, and @/Noonmarkart respectively.
Y’all I have had this villain rotating through my head for AT LEAST 24 hours. thanks again to meg for the amazing brain food about this and I can’t wait to see her eventual downfall and everything in between.
Portfolio progress goes well. Submitted my first app, too. It’s good to be able to work hard at something but not be in constant burnout mode like I was at Blizzard.
Completed another session of our RP campaign last night, our ragtag group of misfit tidesages and an ex-rogue entered Freehold for (mostly) the first time.
@Kueshka
Here's my gnome, Morgan! They've had her descent into villainy in years prior, but they managed to claw their way back up into being... decent, and has been a grumpy tidesage for quite some time now. Though that doesn't stop them from being terrifying sometimes.
Thinking about RP characters having to be good despite their nature. Characters who would normally lash out visibly holding it in to be gentle and thoughtful. Characters forcing themselves to see the other person’s point of view. Does this make any sense?
