I made Japanese milk bread (Hokkaido Milk Bread) 🤩 The technique for making this bread involves a water roux (tangzhong) which is the secret to a soft, springy fluffy and milky texture. It’s so good to eat by itself too. I didn’t have bread flour so I used all purpose flour.
