What a fantastic start to a chilly #Sunday

We all have days when we feel out of control and overwhelmed, well for me that has been January! Managing stuff during a period of growth or challenge will always feel overwhelming and often isolating, but it doesn't need to be a bad thing. Change by its very nature can be uncomfortable and pushing through change to achieve a positive outcome is to be embraced not feared. Sometimes we have to remember that things are falling into place, not out of place. I'm extremely fortunate to be surrounded by people with complementary strengths that allows us to push through challenges and growth together. As we prepare to move into February I'm looking forward to being unreasonable in our pursuit of excellence with fire, and at the moment, breakfast cereal in my belly! I hope you've had a great January. Cheers Noel

I had a really interesting chat with the small person who advised me whilst telling me about the grave of #SaintJohnofBeverley beneath us, that it’s always best to be dead before being buried! A lesson I’ll take to the grave!!

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere in an eminent medical publication that cold sores are only found on young people, lets for the purpose of this post, say teenagers. So here on the last working day of 2024 this isn't the face of a decrepit old f$ck3r who has worked for 800 years over the last 12 months, its the face of a teenager adorned with a cold sore. I hope you all have a great Christmas break and I look forward to seeing through youthful eyes in 2025.
