@bum_metal @Bizniz203 @chamath @surferjimw @novogratz So we have a coin that can't be counted, has no fixed supply limit, whose blockchain was rolled back at the whim of those "in charge" - in charge = no decentralisation. It was the first coin to be premined, opening the floodgates for more coin to use that grotesque concept. (1/2)

@TheVladCostea a reserve strategy is just to have something on your asset sheet of value. If (and it's a big if) you are to believe Trump he will ensure that CBDCs never make the light of day. And that in itself is a win. The govt holding Bitcoin : Bitcoin dgaf.

@GrowingOnX @Dad4Strength @ProtestFiat BSV isn't gonna make it. Even if you suddenly wake up and think "wow big blocks are amazing" you then have a 50/50 chance of choosing the loser chain (BCH/BSV). So you might as well stay with BTC and push the "slightly bigger block" use case which will be needed one day.. *end*

@chcklngstrmpf @everythingsats @TheVladCostea well now you are making it out to be some big conspiracy with dark actors pushing the hodl use case. I, for one, and even Saylor in the past, have ALWAYS said that the only way for Bitcoin to go stratospheric is to increase the circular economy. It's a tough ask in bull runs

@chcklngstrmpf @everythingsats @TheVladCostea ..."usage down because crippled" isn't a great argument...

@chcklngstrmpf @everythingsats @TheVladCostea yeah that is fine and i like the tech behind it, but it won't become global money, it's good at doing what it does in a niche use case. I would also prefer the token not to be separate. Monero should just be mBTC in a sidechain of Bitcoin. Everyone would win then...

@callebtc decentralise it Explain, for those who don't get it, what you mean? Mining pools getting bigger and more concentrated, or what exactly?

@ladonnakay @tlp54321 @LucasSa56947288 it is not about serving, he heads the military, he is the top position in that structure...

@ladonnakay @LucasSa56947288 he is the head of the armed forces, i am pretty sure every military officer under him has to salute him, in which case he would be expected to return the salute...

@everythingsats @chcklngstrmpf @TheVladCostea ... as time goes on and value stablises and more and more countries adopt it, you will see usage increase. But this is a very slow process. Visa also didn't just "work" overnight. It took years and years... and they had it easy!

@chcklngstrmpf @everythingsats @TheVladCostea Big blocks don't solve medium of exchange. They just make sure that miners have more power and not everyone can be a miner as it becomes expensive to hold the entire bloated blockchain on small devices. The idea that every coffee tx be held on a blockchain is ridiculous.

@chcklngstrmpf @everythingsats @TheVladCostea yeah i've had enough of the Blockstream conspiracy theories... Bitcoin with big blocks becomes too centralised. And look, even IF you were to choose big blocks you still have the dilemma: BCH or BSV because they BOTH say "Blockstream bad" but also "the other fork is bad"

@chcklngstrmpf @everythingsats @TheVladCostea big blocks do NOT solve a thing. They just bring in more problems...
