@kongacare This your new policy on sellers is a big scam, charging quadripple commission rate over items not supplied, rather than suspend sellers from ur platform. Please my #54000 naira is paramount to my business i cannot forfeit it for ur sanction, rather i stop selling on your platform

@ShopKonga Pls konga, u guys just exploited my 54000 claiming its a sanction over cancelled order (4times d commission rate) this is too much on a seller. I call it scam. D old sanction was to suspend sellers over reoccurent cancellation & then he or she write a test to reactivate his shop

I dont have money and i sold products on konga online mall, and this is the profit i get back while they reap me off both my profit and item fee claiming they sanction me on item not supplied/cancelled? When you charge me this huge amount of sanction, 4 times the commission made on each item when sold, is assumed to be charged when not sold and then when you have a supply, they just deduct the money without you having any remains like peanut

@ZinoxTechNG @KonGa So with this chat, i sold 142,130 naira in 30 days and you guys deducted a total sum of 54000 plus claiming it is a sanction fee. Why not sanction me out of your platform rather than make money out of my money telling me you carge quadripple of commission as sanction.
