@McPancakes66 @escoboss123 @AshlynKonieczka He did he was forward going through him leading with his head You're correct about the returner shouldn't have his head down but he was attempting to initiate contact with his helmet he was preparing himself to be hit the person who initiates it with there helmet is in the wrong

@McPancakes66 @escoboss123 @AshlynKonieczka The defender is leaping initiating the contact with his helmet initatng the contact is the person who the penalty is on if the returner was full speed going to run him over and lowered his helmet it would be on him but that's not the case

@McPancakes66 @escoboss123 @AshlynKonieczka He didn't lower his helmet his head stayed up He was able to see infront of him getting lower is what every playing in the NFL does before making a move or contact You're stronger when you're lower that's common sense the defender has to put his helmet to one side not into him
