Had a first date on Sunday. Went pretty well, kiss at end. Messaged him last night chatty; apparently I "managed and led him on into thinking we were going to have sex" (I flirted in a riverside restaurant!) and because we didn't he doesn't want a date 2. Good fucking grief 🤦♀️

The date went well. We are meeting for dinner in town on Tuesday (the only night we are both free before he flies out to his yacht in Mallorca on Friday 😬).

Not a nice start to the day. My poor Tam dog was attacked by an XL bully type dog in our local park this morning. Had to rush him to emergency vets, thankfully he's going to be fine, but we are both very shaken up 😢 Not helped by awful owner threatening (with fist) to punch ME!

I had a similar moment early this morning. Out walking my dog, checked to cross the road, van v closeby on joining road but not indicating to turn onto road I was crossing. We stepped out, he turned, then honked us as if we were at fault. Grr

Elderly neighbour, who I don't see that often as he & his wife split their time between here & France, just popped over as he saw ambulance take me away the other day and had been worried; gave me their number so if I ever have emergency in future, they would take Tam for me 💕

I'm getting up at 4am to drive home to the Highlands for a wee visit, so of course today has been a nightmare. Everyone has wanted a piece of me, even the cat decided it was a great time to get the shits (massively -> bathed & vet trip).

Omg he's going to be ok!!! He needs antibiotics and pain relief, but all the tests have come back fine so it sounds like an infection! I am so relieved!! And thank GOD I didn't listen to first vet who said about putting him straight to sleep!!! Thank you for all your 🤞💕
Please keep everything crossed for Tam today 😢 He's at the vet hospital as his back leg has gone & he has a fever. Vet said putting him to sleep was a consideration, but I've said absolutely not until all tests have been done and we know if there's any possible alrernative 😢😢

Nikita cat back to the vet today. Vet lady astonished at how "incredible" her coat & teeth are for her age, but we agreed it's time for palliative care cat style. Steroid injection to see how she gets on, may give her anything up to 6 months 💔 Holding her close tonight 💕
