@myntra @MyntraSupport i have raised an issue of an order not delivered but marked as such for a week now. Everytym I call I am asked to wait another 24 hrs. Is this the new way for you to make money by defrauding customers? It’s been over a week now.

@GoFirstairways here is to the first anniversary of GoFirst’s incompetence and sheer lack of ethics. I cancelled my GoAir flight tickets last year on 2nd May, 2023. I am yet to receive a refund or even a courtesy of letting me know what has happened to the refund.

@GoFirstairways I want to celebrate the anniversary of your incompetence and lack of honesty by calling out that my refund for a flight ticket I had cancelled booking for a year back, 02 May 2023, has not yet been refunded despite numerous follow ups. Is there hope?

You conveniently cancelled it without my approval and have refused to help me with it. Your customer care agent, Palak, took the cake with her arrogance on this issue. I need a full booking cost refunded to me for my new booking which is due to your mistake.
