In a cohort of patients with synchronous multiple primary lung cancers, our study finds:
🫁80.9% were incorrectly staged by at least 1 modality.
🫁When inaccurate, CT and PET reports only noted the most suspicious lesion in 85% and 81%, respectively.

Interestingly, my first time holding the camera in a thoracic case, I was doing a great job staying in the middle. Then I hear, ‘stop being in the middle! That’s what gallbladder surgeons do. I need to see!’ You can never go right holding the camera😂
