@JanDavidBakker and my work shows capping rental broker fees to tenants in the UK was broadly successful, and the main reason is fee salience + imperfect comp. Here’s an article in The Conversation about it.

@luke_newberry I imagine other demographics in these jobs are the ones with much higher turnover rates as they’re using it as a temp fix during job search, so again probably quite wage insensitive / strong pref for this sort of contract
