Jairo has had fever, soar throat, dry cough since last Friday. He has not been tested, he still sleeps 2 feet from ppl who have no symptoms. He has unrelated medical complications. Yet, ICE believes that he is *SAFER* in Adelanto than if he is released to live with his family.
