@tmukogo I don't like Tips at all. I struggle to understand the economic logic behind. Your employer wants me the customer to pay for your labor? Isn't labor already factored in the price? How different is a Tip from a bribe? I know I wont win this war but I cringe everytime I tip.

I keep reading people saying Zimbabwe fell because white Zimbabweans left. No, as I will show in my forthcoming book it was the exit of ALL (black, white, poor& rich) that tanked the economy. That combined with dictatorship+ brutality+ hate for citizens is why zimbabwe failed.
