@trose_neuro @LalaEwell @haubrich_andre I was using the old @LalaEwell cage with my implanted mice. And then I start to use an other taller cage without metal grid. Both the cages (obi) and (without metal roof) are in the 2 photon room if u wanna take a look or use them.

Excited to share our latest work! Two-photon glutamate uncaging , in-vivo two-photon imaging and behavioural experiments revealed a dendritic channelopathy underlie cognitive deficits in epilepsy which can be target pharmacologically to enhance cognition.
