Couldn’t even do one pull-up
Now I can do 12.
Couldn’t even do 5 pushups in a row,
Now my record is 72.
Couldn’t run 2km without stopping,
Then I ran the London Marathon, twice.
Couldn't even swim 2 lengths,
Then I swam 30.
