A huge thank you to the @michiganhsfca for selecting me to apart of this process! As someone who aspires to be a head coach one day, many valuable lessons were learned from some of the great coaches in our state.
Had an outstanding time leading this group of coaches through the @michiganhsfca Leadership Development Alliance program the past two days. Speakers and panels included coaches wives, Hall of Famers, longtime successful assistants and some great discussions.
