My wife had to go to the ER last night due to Covid complications. Thankfully they gave her medication to treat the pneumonia and she was able to go home a few hours later. My wife is a fighter and continues to push through it.

We may not have gotten the result we wanted, but we showed what it means to be Ram Tough tonight. It is an honor to work with these coaches everyday, and it is an honor to be able to coach these players. Allen Academy is a special place, and I’m so blessed to be a part of it.

It’s never easy to end the season with a loss. This group of kids have been working their butts off since January, and we had one hell of a season. Love this group of kids and coaches. We will be back!

decided to put her degree on hold so we could move across the country to chase my coaching dream. Today, she graduates from Texas A&M and I could not be more proud. She has worked so hard to get to this day. I love you so much!

Our OL is the Hogs. It’s a title they have to earn based on their work. Hogs are big, mean, nasty, and they eat everything. I give a presentation at the beginning of the season about how I expect our OL to play, goals, and how they earn the title that season.

Had a great season. A lot of people said we wouldn't finish the season because of low numbers. We finished second in district and went to the playoffs. Losing only 1 senior. A lot of talent returning next season
