Worked really hard on improving working capital efficiency in Q4, then moved attention to some other important things in Q1 and 💥 a rapid 400k+ unfavorable swing in cash position in ~3 weeks. Turns out my improvements didn’t stick. Anyway, lessons to learn for all SMB owners out there: always pay very close attention to cash flows, keep healthy cash reserves, and ensure you’ve always got liquidity options ready just in case! Cash is your lifeblood! 🩸

We sell mostly Kohler, we fix mostly Generacs 🤓 . Should be 20-30k all in for most homes. If you want to ride thru long outages, get a liquid cooled unit. Love the Kohler RCL product line. The $5k air cooled units from GNRC and Kohler really aren’t supposed to be run non stop for more than a day.

From a capital markets standpoint, Merchant transmission probably can’t be project financed because the benefits are diffuse across market participants and society so hard to isolate a reliable creditworthy revenue stream. Economically It’s not dissimilar from making the case for an interstate highway system

@bentigg @bibelhausen That’s true for scheduled send but not for send and snooze. Check out - you can use the email plugin and set up a follow up sequence template - could be 1 or 2 or more emails. Sequence halts when they reply

@Slackwatercap I’m fully converted since 2016. Once you layer in AppScript there’s no going back. AppScript+Sheets+Gemini is incredible.
