Best day ever. Ms. Camryn Jean Barese. Born 8/20/20. 7lbs 13oz, 19.5 inches long. Mom absolutely crushed it. Both ladies are happy and healthy.

At the beginning of the fall my players came to me with a request: We typically travel in suits when we fly. Is there any way I would reconsider the policy? I told them the best semester GPA we have ever had was a 3.25, if they beat that, we can travel in polos and khakis.

PITCHERS: so much of your success lies with the intent behind your pitches. Every pitch you throw should have your best intent behind it. Even your off-speed stuff is thrown aggressively. A great way to learn intent? Long toss. It’s impossible to throw a ball 150’-plus passively.
