Delighted to be partnering with @OperaCoIreland on this wonderful project. Apart from a beautiful score and the opportunity to hear an opera in the serene and intimate surroundings of three beautiful churches, we hope the piece gives our audience a different space and time in which to reflect on the impact we have on the planet. This is one of the major issues of our age being reflected upon in a very poignant way through art. #FundingNews 51 community groups, arts organisations and local authorities in rurally based communities across #NorthernIreland are set to benefit from £349,553 from the Arts Council’s #NationalLottery Rural Engagement Arts Programme (REAP). The overarching theme of the programme is to tackle isolation and loneliness and promote social inclusion and wellbeing through participation in the arts for those living in rural communities.
