At 8:07pm on Feb 25,2022, Jess re-entered Miriam’s lobby, harassing residents as Miriam stood off. As Jess argued, Rexy jumped on the white chair and sat. Residents gathered around pointing Rexy off. Jess said, “He can do what he wants”.
