10.1 is here and still can't join one of these. One of the support people told me in a ticket that "Neutral" isn't actually a faction, but your own search on lists us as Neutral. So Where's that guild invite. :D

Odd that you say that, on PTR I've chosen Alliance and Horde on separate occasions and neither Aysa or Ji were outside the city to turn in the quest... as if they gave up waiting for me.

Getting 6th factionless/Neutral character to 70 tonight. No dailies, deaths, or dungeons on this character. After getting to the quest with my little fire buddy I just kept mining and herbing, taking my time.

bulk of those days were Mists of Pandaria leveling to 90 and 110 to 120 pre-level squish, but I do just chill there from time to time

Didn't expect another mount to drop so soon! Done the BFA Mythic Dungeon farming for mounts now. Got Sharkbait from Freehold a few minutes ago. 💚

Using available data, if it doesn't change, it looks like 70-80 will take a fair bit longer than the previous 2 expansions to hit cap. XP up until 70 is much lower, but it jumps a large amount

As long as you choose to start on The Wandering Isle it doesn't matter if you choose Alliance or Horde in the interface, still neutral until you leave.

Getting about 10% an hour, should have 71 without leaving the starting zone in about 9 hours!

Should I mention having a second shaman half way to 67, a priest at 42, both with no deaths/dailies (afaik), and a level 47 warlock. I've been leveling a shaman and priest while leveling other characters. The warlock was the one listed under warrior, but cropped out.

Pretty sure the AHs have been cross faction for awhile now, but there is no riding trainers on the Wandering Isle (or mailboxes to claim stuff), so nothing to interact with. Used to be able to list stuff on the remote AH when it was around.

Herbing and mining, any available quests, any mob kills up until they go grey. Dungeon finder is locked until you choose a faction, as are the PvP queues.
