@jongeeting Odd choice...with these tariffs coming in, isn't it going to be easier to fill apartments than it is retail space? Removing all housing seems like getting rid of the only sure revenue stream for the owners.

@jongeeting I live one block from this and I 100% support it. This is the EXACT type of building we need. They need to do the same at Moore st! I'm part of the South Broad Street Neighborhood Association, but I never got a notice about the meeting though.
