On the subject of if she works hard: I don't agree. I doubt Kim has ever spent a real day of hard graft in her life and is in such an ultra privileged position that she is able to dictate exactly how she spends her time. Just because she is busy doesn't mean she works hard.

"Hard" work also comes from an element of doing it to survive. Work is usually hard because you have no choice. You're constantly worried about whether you can meet basic survival needs for you and your family. If Kim feels stressed she can fly on a private jet to the Seychelles.

It's such an outrageous move that you can see why the ref thought he'd been KO'd and he can't hang around for a few more seconds for him to get punched in the face whilst unconscious so he makes a split-second call. He was wrong here but I prefer an overzelous ref to a lax one.
