Why'd I do it? TL;DR Malengo targets education AND migration, which are fundamental to improving the world. Malengo's clever design makes it scalable and sustainable, meaning it has amazing potential if it can attract investors and donors.

When people are opining on "waste" and ineffective spending. It is often on programs exactly like this that are neither. It might require a moment of thought to understand the impact. Trump and Musk aren't the only ones that have made that mistake.
Brilliant decision by Musk to quash this obviously wasteful program. Red state colleges and farmers thank him.

@notanastronomer I think we can try to say it is not unpopular and try to get people to call their reps. But I messaged my friends in Washington and it's not popular with the reps and it is not the thing they are getting calls about right now.

@karthiktadepall @GrantSlatton Yes, that is what the statement is saying. X is gameable. It doesn't need to be 100% gameable. It just needs to be gameable to a degree that you need to comment to your interlocuter that an absence might be gamed data.
