While we have considered numerous sites throughout Cleveland and the region, our focus has been on two potential paths for the future of our stadium.
While significant work remains, the more we have explored the Brook Park option, the more attractive it has become, and we are
HUGE!! After hundreds of hours of unpaid work to format the new site properly, NEOtrans was just approved for inclusion in Google News. That will help us continue in our journalistic mission to be "Usually first and always free." Looking forward to making this a paid gig!

If you haven't been to Scranton Peninsula (former site of Republic Steel's Bolt & Nut Division) in a while, you may not recognize it. The big steel mill was razed in the 1970s/80s, site cleaned up in the 2000s & now being redeveloped into 600+ riverfront townhouses & apartments.
Our last 4 articles (no paywalls!) haven't been covered elsewhere in local media:
+Bridgeworks revised, seeks spring start
+Ex-Lakewood Hospital site plan due in April
+Cleveland Vibrator site attracts new buyer
+Tremont’s Fairfield facelift

Approximately 6 pm there was an incident involving a small private aircraft. Emergency responders are on scene. The airfield is currently closed, we will advise when it has reopened.
I wish I could write the next 4 articles right away. All 4 are scoops -- possibly even bombs. So 3 dropped in the last 2 days; the 4th is a distant-future development. I'm holding that to last. That one may be the best.
Look for the first of four articles by about mid-day today.

Ever notice we tend to drop news bombs on Fridays? Two reasons why:
1. Gives more readers a whole weekend to find/read The Big Story.
2. Doesn't give our competition a chance to catch up on the story until the following Monday.
See you tomorrow.

Intriguing to see a public official taking
@GCRTA
to work and talking with constituents about daily-life issues. Is this a statement by Ronayne on taking the train to his first day on the job?
This got posted on LinkedIn today & created a lot of discussion. I’ve clearly not read every single comment, but most that I saw writing about
#Cleveland
are positive stories and testimonies from people who have moved here, or are in the act of doing so.
