Hello everyone, It has been very clear that while Nebula started on ICP, the current state of ICP and its community does not make for a great place to continue a project such as Nebula. Tons of money and liquidity being sucked up by a monopoly of a token such as BOB and Alice. With no intention to give back to the community. Then using the community's own funds to start a hedge fund that buys its own tokens is not good for such a small ecosystem like ICP. It just sucks up the liquidity. There are tons of great smaller projects we see that need support but don't get it. It's not just them either. The community supports this behavior and supports meme coins because they seek a quick buck. They don't care if something is on chain or off chain. They don't care if the "AI" is real or not. They don't care if the project brings more attention to the space. The ICP community doesn't have the unity we thought it did. The ICP tech is indeed amazing, but the truth is if we had the backend system of a traditional web2 setup we would have already finished this project. It is both simple and difficult to work on a project currently. It is easy to deploy but it's hard to test and cycles can become a mess when you have 4-5 deployments. It's clear there is still a lot of growing pains. There is also lack of unity, we have seen Marketplaces throw so much shade at certain wallets and vice versa. Why does this need to occur within such a small ecosystem? There needs to be more unity, less bad sportsmanship and more positive innovation. On top of this there have been some life events that we need to take care of and thought that the support of Nebula on ICP would keep me going but it's clear we won't find the support we need on ICP at this moment in time. With this said we will be relaunching this project on a different chain and we won't be launching until we have the NFTs and the platform ready. Dev Update: 🌌 💻 Earlier screenshot of the Nebula NFT Wallet that is in beta. The UI is simplistic for now but the backend has a lot of functionality. On top of the wallet backend we have also been working on the Nebula NFT Canister backend as well which involves support for minting, marketplace approval, transfers, registry, ledger, and more. There has also been progress on the Nebula Outpost (NFT marketplace) UI in parallel. We will announce public beta access to this wallet soon!
