When users liquid stake their DYM coins with Nebula Finance, they receive an on-chain representation of their staked DYM, termed as nDYM.
This empowers Dymension holders to have liquidity for their staked assets, which they'll be able to use in various DeFi products.

5/ Voting ( Onchain Governance )
Decentralization is key and token holders should be in charge to decide RollApp's future.
RollApp token stakers may vote on proposals. If a staker doesn't vote, their chosen Governors vote on their behalf.

4/ Staking
Token holders stake/delegate their tokens with Governors. This allows token holders to receive a share of the fees and mint that is distributed by the RollApp.
To be eligible for this distribution a token holder must stake their tokens with a Governor.

ecosystem. RollApp structure can be divided into two elements:
- Sequencers - (computation)
- Governoooors - (governance)
RollApps can be viewed as onchain organizations with Operators (sequencers), Governors and Treasury.

3.a/ Becoming a Governor 🗳️
While it's permissionless to become a Governors for a RollApp, to enter the active set of Governors, a Governor needs to receive enough delegations to enter the set
Governors set their own commission rates for users who delegated their tokens.

Tokens may be unstaked at anytime. Unstaking requires an unbonding period which is/can be adjustable by governance parameters.
In addition to receiving a share of the fees by staking the token with a Governor, enables participation in the RollApps governance 👇

3/ What is a Governor ? 🏦
Governors are similar to validators in Cosmos app-chains or board members in a company.
Governors don't operate nodes, they receive token delegations, vote on onchain governance proposals and distribute the revenue generated to their token delegators

2/ While RollApp sequencers are in charge of node ops and block production, “Governors” manage the onchain governance.
This enables features such as onchain votes for transferring tokens owned by the community pool and adjusting onchain params determine the RollApp operations.
