Thanks to the hard work of Congressman Joe Courtney along with our Legislative Affairs Team, the HASC has decided to include funding for a second Virginia-class submarine in its upcoming NDAA markup.
The USS Cooperstown will be the first naval ship named to honor the 70 baseball Hall of Famers who served the U.S. during wartime.
