Chuffed to bits to have been part of this with @dannyhall04 - such a special era wonderfully told by Bassett, his staff and the many players who pulled on the shirt - great trip down memory lane 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁'𝘀 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 out now #sufc #twitterblades

Deserved win, solid team effort and a lot to like about how United went about that today - much-needed new arrivals also close, which will add quality and depth - really encouraging signs for the remainder of the season #sufc #twitterblades

The players you know. The stories you don’t. Alan Kelly’s introduction to life at United had me in stitches - one of many great stories that sum up what it was like to be part of such a special era. Bassett’s Blades @VerticalEds

Terrible news. One of the most likeable people you will ever meet, had time for everyone and would always stop and talk to you, ask you how you were - polite, courteous and a great guy
Sheffield United Football Club is shocked and extremely saddened to learn of the passing of former player, George Baldock. The defender left the club in the summer after seven years at Bramall Lane and was extremely popular with supporters, staff and team-mates who pulled on a red and white shirt alongside him. The sincere condolences of everyone associated with Sheffield United are extended to George’s family and friends.
