@KFC_UKI At KFC South Mimms services. Waited 40 minutes. One order coming every five minutes. Customers asking for their money back. How can it be so slow, no acknowledgement of wait from semi sedated like staff let alone apology 😫

@santanderukhelp been on the phone for nearly 40 minutes trying to cancel a direct debit. Spoke to someone who was so unhelpful, asked to be transferred and suspect I was put through to the same person again after having been on hold. A horrible experience

@sainsburys Spent 33 mins on the phoe to be told this. No email, text or call today. No groceries for my daughters packed lunch tomorrow. Then to be told ‘oh it’s ok, you can drive 45 minutes to Crayford to hang around in a car park on your own in the dark at 10.20pm on a Sunday night!! ‘

@sainsburys Turns out no delivery as driver sick. Helpful if I’d been told, had a saver slot so waited in. I can apparently collect the order from Crayford, if I get there by 10.30pm (miles away)! No delivery slots tomorrow, so order cancelled and 5 - 7 days for the refund! Absolute Disgrace

@nectar ……let me take the shopping and charge against the points the next day. I tested the card when I got home and it worked in Argos online. This was one of the most embarrassing experiences, my daughter was traumatised. Frozen items were spoiled when u got home, we both cried

@nectar My number is - 98263000 75416130019. I ended up paying £160 for the shopping which I had to borrow as I’d visited on the intent to use the nectar points and couldn’t afford this money. They could see I had the points, rather than make me stand there humiliated surely they could
