Coach Erik Largen should get some serious consideration for Coach of the Year. What he and the staff have done in the past two years have exceeded expectations.
The Alaska schools are in an incredibly difficult spot. There's probably not enough talk about the job Erik Largen has done in Fairbanks this season. He's got the Nanooks in position for a home playoff series and one point out of third, despite everything that's happened.
