That is a “no.” Unfortunately, if Putin gets territory in Ukraine, doubtful he will stop there. Putin has made it clear that he wants to recreate the Soviet Union. If the U.S. government refuses to comply with Article 5 of NATO, Putin likely won’t let the European powers stop him from any attempted land grab.
