@SensieCano @BlendJet They aren’t taken phone calls and now when you email you get no response. I seriously believe they have given up on the replacements and we will never get them. They are concentrating on their new business.

@heyspotty @BlendJet No. Emailed again and just get please be patient with no estimate of when it will get shipped. I personally think the company will never ship the replacement.

@BlendJet Got my email reply “I have been told they are shipping soon”. More general statements to try and placate your very frustrated customers with no definite timeframe of a solution.

@LGUS Office of President contacted me June 28 about issue. I was promised compensation. No follow up email for my info was sent. Regular customer service # can only escalate but still no contact/resolution. How do I contact office of president to finally resolve this?

@annekejones @BlendJet Still waiting for mine since December. Canned email reply of supply issues, started shipping in March, no clue on when they are sending them out. 🤬
