@YasiJay If with a 2/3 majority they can’t make @CEB_lk efficient, then what’s the point? The knife was given to cut when needed, not to destroy. As @anuradisanayake said, doing things at the right time brings benefits otherwise not– seems like NPP doesn’t get it.

If they were capable, they’d have seen the future & plan. So-called capable ones created passport/visa chaos. Some problems need time to fix as dealing with people is different
