After the season there were trades around andujar for Cole. I prayed we didn’t do it because it thought andujar was going to be a star 😩😂.
2018 Miguel Andujar was such a fever dream. 149 Games .297 AVG 27 HR 92 RBI .855 OPS 130 OPS+

@rational_yankee They pay guys where everyone knows it won’t work out but let guys cano Harper machado seager Soto etc all go other places and again patch work it all up. Hal complains about payroll but still lets Cashman mismanage funds every year.

@rational_yankee 2013 is when this all really started in my eyes. Jeter Arod Granderson Tex all hurt and ineffective. Bandaid guys all over the roster. 2014 you sign guys like ellsbury but let cano walk. Brain Roberts Stephen Drew Kelly Johnson Brendan Ryan etc.

@Lee_Garcia2 @YanksGiants19 @NYY_HR Cano was always worth more. Reports around that time essentially said if the offer was initially 200+ he would have have stayed. The 3 position players we got over canos mariner years were only worth 2 more war total.
